In 1977, I started this company in my garage with $200 in the bank. With simple qualities like reliability, attention to detail, and good follow-through, Screened Images became a bona fide business.
Throughout our thirty-year history we have maintained the respect of our customers, our vendors, and our competitors alike.
We enjoy unusually long-term core staff relationships. Production manager, Bill, started as the “clean up guy” when he was 17. That was 1986! Larry, graphic artist, started in 1987 and Darlene came on in 1992. That’s 30 years for me, 21 for Bill, 20 for Larry, and 15 for Darlene. Our strong work ethics, love of the process and amiable working relationships have bonded us into life-long friends.
Even most shorter-term employees stayed 5-10 years before moving on due to changes in their lives.
As I move forward into retirement, I have every confidence that the staff will continue Screened Images with the integrity we have created together.
